国際ニューロダイバーシティ科学学会（ISNS）第1回年度大会へのご参加を希望される方は、下記の手順に従って参加登録・参加費納入手続きを行ってください。会員・非会員、国内・海外参加者共通の手続きとなります。

 
1. 参加申込手続き
下の大会参加登録フォームより、必要事項を正確にご入力のうえ送信してください。
フォーム送信後、登録完了確認メールが自動送信されます。メールが届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダをご確認のうえ、事務局までご連絡ください。

会員区分によって大会参加費が異なります。お申し込み前に必ず料金一覧をご確認ください。

3. 参加費支払い手続き（国内・海外共通）

参加登録完了後、指定期日内に銀行送金にて大会参加費をお支払いください。海外からの送金は、下記専用口座をご利用ください。

4. 送金時の必須記載事項

送金の際は、入金確認を円滑に行うため、必ず氏名（フルネーム）をご記載ください。可能な場合は、大会参加申込番号または会員番号を併せて記載してください。

5. 手数料について

送金手数料、中継銀行手数料など、送金に関する一切の手数料は、原則として送金者様のご負担となります。協会側での手数料負担や差額返金は対応いたしかねますので、予めご了承ください。

6. 手続き完了・最終確定

事務局にて参加費の入金確認が完了した時点で、大会参加手続きが正式に完了となります。入金確認後、参加確定メールを送信いたします。大会当日のご案内、プログラム、オンライン視聴URL（ハイブリッド開催の場合）等は、開催直前に改めてご案内いたします。

7. ご留意事項
  • お申し込み後の参加区分変更、キャンセル、返金については、大会規定に基づき対応いたします。
  • 期日内にお支払いが確認できない場合、参加登録が無効となる場合がございます。
  • ご不明な点がございましたら、協会事務局までメールにてお問い合わせください。

Application and Payment Guidelines

Those who wish to participate in the 1st Annual Conference of the International Society for Neurodiversity Science (ISNS) shall complete the registration and fee payment procedures in accordance with the instructions below. These procedures apply to all participants, including members and non-members, as well as domestic and overseas attendees.

1. Conference Application Procedure

Please fill out and submit all required information via the Conference Registration Form on the official conference website.
An automatic confirmation email will be sent after form submission. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and contact the secretariat.

3. Conference Fee Payment (Domestic & International)

4. Required Remittance Notes

5. Remittance Fees

All transfer charges, including intermediary bank fees, shall be borne solely by the remitter. The association does not cover any transfer fees or refund fee differences. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Registration Completion & Final Confirmation

Your conference registration will be officially completed once your payment has been confirmed by the secretariat. A final participation confirmation email will be sent after payment verification. Detailed conference information, including the official program and online viewing URL (for hybrid sessions), will be announced shortly before the conference date.

7. Important Notes

  • Any changes to participation type, cancellations, and refunds after registration will be handled in accordance with the official conference regulations.
  • Unverified payments after the deadline may result in invalidation of your conference registration.
